Colouring and caramel, as well as selected sugar specialities, complement our range and enable tailor-made solutions for various processing applications.
Another focus is our trading business with nuts and dried fruits. We source the products directly at their origin to ensure quality and availability for our customers. Distribution in the Middle East is handled by our subsidiary Boettger Middle East, based in Dubai. This enables us to serve customers in Germany, the EU and the Middle East reliably, efficiently, close to the market and with short coordination channels.
