In early 2020, the sugar distributor “ZVG” and the sugar trader “ZHU”, both of them recognised national and international players in the business of crystal and liquid sugar, combined their activities under the roof of Boettger Food Ingredients GmbH. Caramels, caramel colour and sugar compounds complete the range. The ingredients business was also expanded to include nuts and dried fruits.
