IN A CHANGINGMARKET ENVIRONMENT
After many years of engagement in bulk food and raw material logistics, we have strategically reorganised our activities in response to changing market and competitive conditions. The withdrawal from operational freight forwarding marked an important step in this process.
The market environment for bulk foods and raw material logistics has undergone significant change in recent years. Increasing consolidation on the demand side has also led to consolidation, efficiency gains and changing competitive structures in the field of bulk food transportation.
Against this backdrop, we deliberately withdrew from our operational freight forwarding activities in 2019 and initiated a strategic realignment.
As part of this continued development, the existing shareholding in MARLEP Tanklogistik, with locations in Hamburg and Kościerzyna (Poland), was divested in 2025.
At our Braunschweig site, we continue to operate our tank interior cleaning business, Puratec.
